Welcome to OC Coaching our mission is to develop youth athletes and take them through their sporting journey in 3 different areas. Multi-Sports, Strength and Conditioning and Nutrition Coaching. We firstly want to get children into sports with our Multi-Sports Camps developing into the first steps of Strength and Conditioning and movement literacy highlighting the enjoyment of sport.
Our nutrition program is aimed to help improve body composition and performance levels. This could be at any level from professional to amateur, to senior players to youth players, both trying to take their performance to the next level. We also work with those who are looking to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle, it is a great opportunity for those to improve your quality of life and achieve your goals.
Our Strength and Conditioning program is the next development and where we begin to focus towards improving strength, power, speed and the ability to deal with work capacity through conditioning. This process has already begun through our sports camps however we look to focus it more and improve the movement and enhance the ability of the athlete.
Our camps are designed for children of all ability levels and sporting backgrounds aged 7-13, we aim to develop their motor skills through different sports and games giving them the opportunity to learn skills from sports they may have never played before. We want to achieve all of this while having as much fun as possible. We are aiming to create a community with our camps so children can make new friends, and improve their confidence in their own ability.

Camp 1 Complete! We’ve all had a great time this week and I’ve learnt so much and excited to see the progress we can make.
